New listing service now available...

I'm really happy to announce that I'm now offering a new service:  Listing Coordinating; see below (information also located on my website under Services & Fees):

New! Listing Coordinating:

• Help obtain listing paperwork and upload to Broker (myTransactions or other)
• Prepare and have Seller sign all disclosures - archive in file for escrow period
• Upload property photos into MLS (& KWLS)
• Input property information based on the property profile into the MLS (& KWLS)

Listing Coordinating Fees:

$75 Per Listing

Additional Listing Services:

• Design property brochure & email to Agent as PDF (or design property brochure in Michael Lewis Marketing) - $30 per listing
