The world of real estate is changing...

I came across this great video with Glenn Shimkus, which is the VP of Product Managment for DocuSign (see below).  What I believe is the most important take-away from this video is that we can no longer ignore that the real estate industry is changing and it's primary change is in regards to using technology to improve our efficiency.

After having a conversation with an Agent who has been selling real estate for over 25 years, who felt that selling real estate now has never been harder.  It struck me that this pressure to maintain or even sustain ones business has now turned to improving and streamlining the administrative processes, in order to free up time for lead generating.  This of course directly translates to minimizing the processing time for each task, and I believe that the most benefits are being recognized and created through a paperless foundation.
