What is Blink Transactions?

Blink Transactions is independently owned and operated by me, Rachel Jacobsen, and is a full-time Transaction Coordinator service for real estate Agents.

What does Blink Transactions do?

I orchestrate the escrow process of selling a home.  From the moment an offer is signed off to the moment escrow closes.  I will be the liaison between all affiliated parties in the transaction making sure all paperwork is signed on time.  I also monitor contingencies, order inspections, follow up and stay in contact with the Lender & Escrow... and so much more!
